'What’s New Upcoming Marvel Phase 4 Movies' Marvel Cinematic Universe(MCU) also known as the MCU started its
journey way back in 2008 with their first movie "Iron Man" which
cemented Robert Downey Jr. as a global icon. Since then there's no stopping for
them. The studios has now produced over 22 movies, Spider-man: Far from Home being the latest addition. This movie
embarked a decade long journey and brings an end to all the glorified Infinity
Saga. The end of phase 3 and the beginning of a new age in the MCU begins after
the end of Far from home.
The future plans for the universe was recently revealed
in the San Diego Comic Con which
took place from 18 July - 22 July. Marvel Studios president, 'Kevin Feige' himself
made a cameo and revealed the upcoming movies and TV shows that will be unfolding
in the near future. So come join us as today we are counting down top 10 upcoming
marvel movies and TV shows.
1. Black Widow
Black Widow is one of the OG Avengers is all set to get
her own solo movie. The production of the movie has already begun and is set to
release in May 1, 2020. Returning as the character Natasha Romanoff is Scarlet Johannson. Although the Black widow
sacrificed herself in Avengers: Endgame for the soul stone, the movie is going
to be a prequel and is set to explore her days as a trainee of the Black widow
program.
Yes, there are other members who were preparing for the
title and two of them being Iron Maiden reprised by the gorgeous Rachel Weisz
and Yelena Bulova, the character is a sister figure to Natasha who in the comic
is a rival to take the title of Black widow from Natasha and is portrayed by
Florence Pugh. There is another character Red Guardian, played by Sheriff
Hopper of Stranger things, we mean David Harbour. The red guardian is a Russian
counterpart to captain America. The main villain of the movie is speculated to
be Task master but the actor is not yet revealed. Some part of the movie will clarify
the doubts about the infamous Budapest that Natasha and Clint Barton aka Hawkeye
talk about.

2. The Eternals
The Eternals are one the most celebrated team of the
comics. The Celestials created the advanced beings of Eternals and the Deviants,
Thanos being of them. The Eternals are more physically attractive and the vice
versa with the Deviants. The plot has not yet been revealed but it is guessed
that the plot is the love story between Angelina Jolie's Thena and Richard Madden's
Ikaris.

3. Shang Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings
Shang Chi being one of the members of the Avengers in the
comics is going to be the first Asian lead marvel movie. The master of kung fu will be a great asset
to Avengers team after the demise of the original Avengers. David Callahan was
handed the responsibility to write the script, last year. Simu Liu will play
the character of Shang Chi and the bad guy of the movie is Mandarin! The real
one, the mandarin has made its appearance back in Iron Man 3.
However we learned that that was a fake one but the terrorist
organization that kidnapped Tony Stark in the first Iron-man movie was named The
Ten rings. Marvel had revealed they had plans for the mandarin back then and probably
this is it. The Mandarin will be played by Tony Chiu.

4. Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness
The sorcerer supreme will play an essential role in Marvel's
phase 4 and on. Dr. Strange being a pivotal hero in the events of both Infinity
war and Endgame will be fighting alongside another pivotal heroine of both the
movies Wanda(Scarlet Witch). The
villian of the movie is speculated to be Nightmare a demonic entity that feeds of
people's negative energy while they are asleep. Director Scott Derrickson who
is a horror filmmaker said that this movie will be Marvel's first gothic horror
movie. Adding to that president Kevin Feige confirmed that despite the lie of Quentin Beck aka Mysterio there is a
multiverse out there.

5. Thor: Love and Thunder
After the events of Endgame, the mighty Thor, wait that
was Lebowski Thor, he went off with
the guardians of the galaxy passing on the ruler ship to Valkyrie. The director
of the movie Taika Waititi said that
he is pulling the story from Jason Aron's comic series The Mighty Thor where a
new female Thor is introduced to the world, Jane Foster and the movie is
bringing back Natalie Portman as Jane foster to play this role. So this could
be a great story arc for the future of Marvel movies.

Now a honorary mention is to Blade. The movie is going to
be a reboot of the half vampire hero. The character will be played by Mahershala Ali but the release date is
not yet revealed. Moreover, Kevin Feige has confirmed that movies like Black Panther 2, Captain Marvel 2, Guardians
of the Galaxy Vol.3 as well as a Fantastic 4 and Mutants will soon be
instated in phase 4 or phase 5.
